This project is located in a prime location of the financial district of Lima, Peru. The client was imagining a building that would distinguish itself from the already saturated full-glass-facade environment already apparent around the site. This building seeks to frame two different perspectives on each floor with a stacked rotation occurring from the third floor and onwards. A double height lobby blends into the second-floor tenant space as a transition from the open ground floor to framed tenant floors above. To maintain an adequate amount of openness, a woven concrete element from the client’s childhood house was implemented into the facade.
