This lobby is part of a complete set of renovations conducted in this building. The redesign includes enclosing the existing building entry with full height windows and relocating the lobby to be inside this new space. Given that this area is under 3000 sf, the new lobby does not require a vestibule. A private entrance to a tenant suite is also included in the lobby redesign as well as tenant windows overlooking the double height space. Perforated metal panels act as privacy screens in front of these windows to separate the public lobby from private tenant spaces. Existing limestone is salvaged and reused to infill windows and the cellar intake vents.
